Positive: Well equipped home with everything you need plus more. Fast response to items that needed fixed. The location was perfect. Very short walk to public access and Jeanette's Pier.
Negative: The home was clean, but some trash was left beside one bed and one bedroom the floor still had sand and was tacky. I did not report it because they did not need to come back to clean it. Also, the description of the home should have more details. For example: it was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, floats, fishing pole sand holders, etc. pots for seafood boils, and other items. We wouldn't have had to pack our chairs and other things if we had known they already had them.
Summary: Was a beautiful huge home with everything you need for up to 12 people.
